The Assembly Infill Housing is a project is an inexpensive solution for the neighborhoods of Muncie, IN and Midwest neighborhoods alike. The design fits on a standard 40' wide lot making it a versatile development. The house comes prefabricated off site in 4' x 8' structures and is assembled on the job site. The residence allows for expansion by providing more foundation than initially needed. The foundation extension encourages additions by forming parts of future walls.
